Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current period.
Your data is never deleted. All your XP, certificates, progress, and created content are preserved. If you downgrade from Pro, your tracks remain but become inaccessible until you re-upgrade. Shared track links will stop working until then.
The Homeschool plan includes up to 6 seats — one parent/admin account with full Pro / Coach features (AI track creation, PDF upload) and up to 5 learner accounts. The parent can assign tracks, view progress, and access full analytics. Perfect for homeschool families!
Yes! The Team plan includes 10 seats at the $119/month flat rate. Contact us if you need 50+ seats for special enterprise pricing.
